胡凯,主任医师、教授,博士、美国哈佛大学医学院眼科博士后,博士后导师、博士生导师;南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院眼科行政副主任。临床与科研(基础研究)并举,均具有较丰富的经验;精通英语,能紧跟国际最新医学前沿及趋势。

1994年开始从事眼科临床,精通眼科各种常见病及疑难病症的诊治,手术相对较全面(能较熟练开展常见眼科大、中型手术)。擅长白内障、斜视、视网膜玻璃体疾病(玻璃体切割术)、眼表及角膜疾病、青光眼、泪囊疾病、上睑下垂及眼部整形美容等的手术操作。尤其擅长各种白内障摘除术,斜弱视矫正,玻璃体视网膜手术,眼表角膜干细胞及羊膜移植、复杂眼表重建术。亦擅长应用角膜共聚焦显微镜对各类复杂眼表疾病进行诊治。

通过博士及在美博士后(哈佛大学附属Schepens眼科研究所)的研究训练,深入了解国际最新的眼科科研动态,熟练掌握目前常用的细胞、分子生物学实验,免疫学实验以及动物实验操作技术,特别精通激光共聚焦显微成像技术、实时动态小鼠活体双光子显微成像、小鼠活体表面荧光显微成像技术。熟悉各种转基因及基因敲出小鼠的基因鉴定及实验操作。熟悉科学研究中的数据采集、分析、统计以及对英文科学论文的撰写。
