胡凯,主任医师、教授,博士、美国哈佛大学医学院眼科博士后,博士后导师、博士生导师;美国哈佛大学医学院附属麻省眼耳医院高级访问学者南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院眼科行政副主任。临床与科研(基础研究)并举,均具有较丰富的经验;精通英语,能紧跟国际最新医学前沿及趋势。

擅长白内障、斜视、视网膜玻璃体疾病(玻璃体切割术)、眼表及角膜疾病、青光眼、泪囊疾病、上睑下垂及眼部整形美容等的手术操作。尤其擅长各种白内障摘除术,斜弱视矫正,玻璃体视网膜手术,眼表角膜干细胞及羊膜移植、复杂眼表重建术。亦擅长应用角膜共聚焦显微镜对各类复杂眼表疾病进行诊治。

通过博士及在美博士后(哈佛大学附属Schepens眼科研究所)的研究训练,深入了解国际最新的眼科科研动态,熟练掌握目前常用的细胞、分子生物学实验,免疫学实验以及动物实验操作技术,特别精通激光共聚焦显微成像技术、实时动态小鼠活体双光子显微成像、小鼠活体表面荧光显微成像技术。熟悉各种转基因及基因敲出小鼠的基因鉴定及实验操作。熟悉科学研究中的数据采集、分析、统计以及对英文科学论文的撰写。
