个人简介

1. 工作简介

南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院神经外科行政主任,医学博士,主任医师,教授,博士生导师,博士后指导教师,南京大学神经外科研究所所长。系江苏省科教兴卫人才工程、江苏省“333”人才工程(第二层次)、军队高层次创新人才工程领军人才培养对象,2011年获得中国神经外科医师最高荣誉-王忠诚中国神经外科医师学术成就奖。200520082013年分别在美国Barrow神经外科研究所、法国Clertmont-Ferrand大学、澳大利亚墨尔本大学皇家医院进修学习。目前担任南京大学、南京医科大学、徐州医科大学、江苏大学等院校博士生导师,博士后指导老师。

2. 科研情况简介

承担国家科技项目、国家自然科学基金和江苏省自然科学基金等课题10余项,发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI论文100余篇,获省部级科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖4项、三等奖3项。

3. 主要研究方向简介

1)创伤性脑损伤:颅脑创伤是常见外伤类型之一,具有高致残率及致死率等特点。科室于2017年成立神经创伤与重症中心,专职于颅脑创伤的救治。前期发表相关SCI论文30余篇,获教育部自然科学二等奖1项,江苏省科技进步二等奖1项。目前,科室已注册两项颅脑创伤相关的临床前瞻性研究,旨在通过蛋白组学筛选出能准确预测患者预后的因子,开展以脑灌注为核心的多模态监测,指导临床治疗与护理工作。在基础研究上,紧跟国际热点与新点,开展脑创伤后神经再生机制与功能调控研究,扭转当前“无药可医”的困境。

2)颅内动脉瘤的基础和临床研究:随着社会老龄化的到来,脑血管病已成为危害我国中老年人健康乃至生命的主要疾病。卫生部疾控中心资料表明脑血管病在近年全部死亡病因顺位中呈现明显前移的趋势,甚至超过肿瘤排位第一要因。我科于2017年组建脑血管病外科治疗中心,搭建复合手术室,成立脑血管病诊治中心,聚焦于复杂脑血管疾病的外科治疗。截至2019年,脑血管病中心展开床位70张,脑血管病年手术量超1200台,居国内前列,省内第一,相关技术水平达到国内领先地位。累计发表相关SCI论著 50余篇,申请专利 1项,获教育部科技进步一等奖1项,江苏省科技进步三等奖1项。目前,中心已构建脑血管病信息平台,开展动脉瘤蛋白组学及分子影像诊断、临床预后分析、动静脉畸形多模态影像技术融合、解剖学边界与血流灌注边界、烟雾病静息态脑网络与认知相关性等研究。同时,积极完成出血性脑血管病病理生理分子机制探索,稳步推动临床与基础齐头并进,有效促进基础成果向临床转化。

3)神经干细胞研究:神经元损伤与死亡是中枢神经系统损伤后遗症产生的关键因素,促进已损伤或死亡神经元的修复与再生是神经科学领域基础研究的重中之重。科室目前已引进博士后等相关人才,进行神经干细胞的基础研究,科研方向主要集中在外科相关疾病,即垂体干细胞对垂体功能低下的治疗作用、神经干细胞对创伤性脑损伤的神经再生作用、神经干细胞对退行性脑疾病(如帕金森)的神经调控等三大方面。结合鼓楼医院干细胞研究中心、神经内科、内分泌科、基础医学与生命科学院、南京大学模式动物研究所等机构的优势条件,探索出神经干细胞应用于临床的有效方法并加以推广。
