个人简介


孙倍成，男，1970年2月生。现任南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院（南京鼓楼医院）教授，主任医师，博士生导师，副院长，肝胆胰中心主任。

教育部长江学者特聘教授，国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者。为江苏省十大医学杰出人才，江苏省委组织部333工程第一层次培养对象，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。获排名第一的江苏省科学技术一等奖2项，教育部自然科学一等奖1项。

以第一或通讯作者在《Cell Metabolism》、《Hepatology》、《Journal of Hepatology》、《Nature Communications》等杂志发表SCI文章70余篇，总影响因子500余分，肝脏病最顶级期刊Journal of Hepatology杂志编委。

主持“精准医学研究”国家重点研发计划1项、国家杰出青年科学基金1项、国家自然科学基金重点课题2项，总科研经费3000万元。

主要从事肝癌免疫微环境和肝脏外科和肝移植研究。国际率先提出IL-22在慢性肝炎向肝癌转化过程中的作用机制，深入研究了肝癌T细胞耗竭的发生及机制，首次提出TOX基因高表达与T细胞耗竭相关，同时发现多个肝癌表达异常的LncRNA，进行联合后可以诊断肝癌。在肝移植外科领域进行了多个创新，开展了世界首例肝脏良性肝病肝切除标本作为供肝的肝移植及人造血管替代下腔静脉及5、8段肝静脉的活体右半肝肝移植，并在多个移植中心推广，取得非常好的社会和经济效益。同时还开展了腹腔器官簇移植、双劈裂交叉辅助肝移植等高精尖移植技术，得到业内认可。在肝癌转化研究领域，结合肝癌免疫研究，提出了GPC-3 CAR-T联合PD-1治疗肝癌，取得了较好疗效。
