  1. 科研情况简介

教授,博士生导师,973首席科学家,国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。先后在荷兰school of Pharmacy, the University of Utrecht、美国the school of Pharmacythe University of Pacific做访问学者。在“缓控释及纳米靶向药物”领域从事多年研究工作,主持多项国家、省部级科研项目,包括国家重大科技专项(纳米专项),国家自然科学基金,江苏省支撑计划等。作为通讯作者在Nature Communication, ACS nano, Small, Theranostic, BiomaterialsSCI期刊上发表100余篇有影响力的论文,其主持的工作获得2017教育部科技发明一等奖。首创国际领先的“折叠/解折叠”生物纳米组装理论及技术,获得了10余项授权发明专利,其中包括美国、欧洲、日本专利5项。团队的研究成果已经形成生物大分子纳米药物的研究与开发平台,支持多种抗肿瘤纳米靶向制剂的成功研发,在国内率先建立蛋白类靶向纳米制剂的质量标准,通过权威药品检验部门的验证。围绕此生物纳米核心技术,胡一桥团队完成了多项纳米产品的临床前研究,先后向国家提出了I类、3类、5类纳米靶向制剂的新药申请各1项。以白蛋白为载体的靶向纳米制剂,获得了国家I类新药的临床批件。其中,紫杉醇抗肿瘤纳米靶向制剂已经通过临床试验正在报产,即将上市并正式用于临床肿瘤患者。
