南京大学、南京医科大学博士/硕士生导师,多家国内外杂志的评审专家。主持国家自然基金2项及江苏省十三五兴卫工程重点人才、六大人才高峰等省级科研项目4项。先后获得省部级科技进步奖4项。在国内外高水平学术刊物发表论文50余篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI论文20余篇,累积影响因子总计100分,他引次数总计400余次,H-Index:12

旨在进一步研究肝癌代谢相关独特性、肝癌代谢与转移、验证代谢相关诊断标记物并研发针对代谢的药物及其临床转化。在肝脏外科技术研究方面,临床主要围绕肝癌开展以手术为主的综合治疗,包括腹腔镜肝切除、肝移植、射频及药物等;前期自行研发肝脏直线切割器和肝门阻断带,并将进一步市场转化。逐步建立肝癌组织库,为肝癌生物标志物的筛选及治疗等方面的奠定基础。
