个人简介

1. 工作简历

1982-1997年于第二军医大学军医系学习,获学士学位;1987-1990上海第二医科大学硕士研究生,获硕士学位;2001-2004南京大学医学院博士研究生,获博士学位。1990-至今一直在南京军区南京总医院神经外科工作。2007年起任南京军区南京总医院神经外科副主任,2013年起任全军神经外科研究所副所长、脑血管病外科治疗中心主任。2007-2009年分别被聘为南京大学、南方医科大学和上海第二军医大学博士生导师,2014年被聘为南京医科大学博士生导师。200520082013年分别到美国Barrow神经外科研究所、法国Clertmont-Ferrand大学、澳大利亚墨尔本大学皇家医院短期访问。系江苏省333人才工程(第二层次)、军队高层次人才培养工程及南京军区334人才工程领军人才培养对象。

2. 科研情况简介

先后主持参加国家自然科学基金项目3项,承担国家科技支撑计划项目(子课题)3项,江苏省自然科学基金项目3项,其它科研项目包括江苏省六大人才高峰课题、江苏省“333”人才培养基金课题、江苏省医学重点人才基金课题、南京军区医药卫生科研重点课题等,发表学术论文130余篇,其中SCI论文50余篇。

3. 主要研究方向简介

(一)创伤性脑损伤:在国际上最先对创伤性脑损伤(TBI)后肠功能障碍进行研究,包括TBI后脑组织和肠组织的炎性信号转导机制、肠粘膜损害机制、内毒素对脑组织的损害机制、谷氨酰胺与黄体酮的肠粘膜保护机制。同时开展创伤性脑损伤后继发性脑损害的防治研究,主要针对继发性脑损害的信号转导机制、战创伤创面保护技术。

(二)颅内动脉瘤的基础和临床研究:临床研究主要是采用多种手术技术处理复杂动脉瘤,包括各种辅助技术促进动脉瘤瘤颈夹闭、载瘤动脉重建、颅内外高流量动脉搭桥以及经一侧手术入路夹闭双侧颅内动脉瘤等治疗技术,其中多项技术是在国内率先采用,也是迄今为止国内仍限于少数大医院才有条件采用的治疗方式,临床治疗效果达到国际先进水平。基础研究针对颅内动脉瘤破裂后SAH导致的脑血管痉挛,从血液成分对脑组织的毒性作用、脑血管痉挛的原因、各种分子传导途径在脑血管痉挛中的作用以及脑缺血保护等方面进行深入研究。

(三)缺血性脑血管病的外科治疗:在省内率先开展缺血性脑血管病的外科治疗,包括颈动脉内膜切除和颅内外血管重建,重点研究血管重建对脑灌注、认知功能及预后的影响。
