2. 科研情况简介

先后主持承担完成国家“973”课题4项、国家“863”课题1项;国家自然科学基金3项,江苏省、军队课题4项。相关工作在Ann SurgAm J Transplant Crit Care MedJ PatholJ Cell Mol MedTransplantation等杂志发表论文二十余篇。

3. 研究兴趣

主要从事肠屏障功能障碍与感染的基础研究,近年研究方向为肠道菌群与黏膜免疫交互作用、肠道细菌易位等方面。目前研究工作主要集中于肠道微生态系统结构与功能的解析,通过分析不同病理条件肠道菌群与黏膜免疫细胞间的共变异,发现菌群-免疫相互作用的改变及内在联系,以阐明其在肠道细菌易位形成的关键作用,从新的角度阐释肠源性感染发生的机制
