3.  研究兴趣

    率先系统完整地建立腹腔开放治疗严重腹腔感染的阶段性策略,填补了国

内腹腔感染领域治疗的空白。根据前期应用腹腔开放疗法治疗的成功经验,我们将腹腔开放疗法分为早期开放与临时关腹阶段、中期维持阶段和后期消化道重建与腹壁重建阶段。通过过动物实验与临床研究,分析了三个阶段的病理生理特点,研究了每个阶段的治疗难点与重点,提出了相应的治疗处理措施。攻克早期开放与临时关腹阶段的复苏、脏器功能受损、创面磨损等难题。临床研究比较了不同临时性关腹(TAC)材料对腹腔开放创面和腹腔开放程度与腹内压的影响:筛选出既能有效降低腹内压,便于清创引流,减少肠管磨损破裂,防止腹腔无限制开放的材料。动物实验首次揭示了不同 TAC 材料对腹腔开放创面愈合的影响。 合成生物可降解材料覆盖腹腔开放创面,预防肠管磨损。在中期维持阶段恢复腹腔的正常生理,发明片堵法实施肠内营养。研究恢复腹腔生理环境,创用穿刺器辅助的深部脓肿引流。发明片堵的方法,恢复腹腔开放合并肠空气瘘肠道的连续性。开辟了腹腔开放行营养治疗的途径与方法。
