个人简介

    李尔广,病原生物学教授,博士生导师,医学院微生物与药学实验室负责人。北京中医药大学中药专业学士,美国密西西比大学药学院生药学博士;先后在美国思科瑞普斯研究所(Scripps Research Institute)从事博士后研究,后任免疫学助理教授、课题负责人;2008 年回南京大学医学院工作,负责医学生《病原生物学》教学,开设新生研讨课和公选课程。
    研究方向:1)从化学生物学角度研究内源性分子代谢与疾病的关系,包括核苷酸、脂类以及氨基酸代谢与天然免疫应答,肿瘤发生、神经退变性疾病的关系以及在治疗中的作用;2)天然产物以及合成化合物抗微生物、抗肿瘤活性筛选和评价,包括天然及合成功能化合物的细胞和动物模型筛选,小分子化合物作用机理靶点鉴定和机理研究;3)病原体感染过程中的天然免疫应答机制,包括天然免疫识别和逃逸的分子机理等。
    曾主持美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)腺病毒基因治疗载体改造和沙眼衣原体细胞入侵机理科研课题、主持中国自然科学基金课题2项,参与NIH和国家自然科学基金项目多项,获美国NIH Research Career Development Award,是国家基金委“药源分子及作用机制创新群体”成员。以通讯作者和课题负责人在PNAS, PLoS Pathogens, J. Immunology, J. Virology, J. Bacteriology, Antiviral Research, FASEB J.等刊物上发表研究论文。
