  1. 科研情况简介

邢峥实验室研究禽流感病毒、引起“蜱虫病”的新型布尼亚病毒和引起神经系统感染及胎儿“小头症”的寨卡病毒的宿主反应调控、病毒免疫和分子致病机制;曾以第一或通讯作者发表于JEMEMBO JJVIEIDJBC等著名学术期刊。有关细胞凋亡抑制因子Survivin在淋巴细胞发育中作用的成果曾分别被Nature Immunology News and Views)和Nature Immunology Reviews News Highlight)等刊物专文评论、介绍。有关2009年“甲流病毒”与季节性流感病毒存在多个保守、保护性表位的发现,发表于美国疾病控制中心出版的《新现传染病》(EID),有包括美国ABC NEWSCBS NEWSFOX NEWSREUTERSUPI及英文《中国日报》国际媒体等进行了报道。近期研究集中在引起“蜱虫病”的新型布尼亚病毒致病机制方面,提出病毒非结构蛋白NSs 抑制天然免疫;发现NSs 可以形成包涵体,并与在干扰素诱导通路中其关键作用的TBK1/IKKe/IRF3 复合物相互作用,并且可以将该复合物从包浆隐藏至包涵体,导致干扰素诱导减弱、病毒复制增强,从而提出“病毒蛋白形成包涵体作为病毒免疫逃逸机制”的新理论。该论文被JVI 编辑部选为“亮点论文”,重点加以推介;并由因其在病原微生物研究中的 “特殊意义(Special Significance)”,推荐选进Faculty of 1000 F1000 Prime Report
